We ensure that all our equipment, your prints and packaging are properly sanitized before shipping. Our top priority is our staffs’ and your health and safety concerns. Due to the pandemic our shipping carrier may delay shipping your package(s). For shipping beyond GTA, kindly let us know if your package(s) have not arrived with the expected date and we will immediately communicate with our carrier and provide you an update. 

Every model is different and therefore time of printing will vary. Factors such as weight and size will affect printing time. For instance, a small sized model will be faster to print than larger sized model. Time can vary from 4 to 48 hours (or more) to print. Exact time duration will be specified to your model once you checked out. 

We ship your prints/products personally within the local GTA – Toronto, ON within 2 business days AFTER the print(s) are complete. If your address is beyond the local GTA we will ship your prints/products through our partnered carrier (Canada Post) within 4 to 5 business days or international shipping within 7 to 9 business days AFTER the print(s) are complete. 

We ensure that every printed product(s) are carefully polished, and sanded without compromising its desired theoretical dimensions. We also ensure that all your prints have been through several inspections before packaging. 

We offer different methods of how your print(s) will be packaged. This will depend mostly on how intricate the details of your model. We package your prints either with bubble wraps, bead foams or peanut foams (or) combinations of both. 

No. We will not print any models that will cause harm to you or our society. Your purchase(s) will be refunded within 5 business days based on PayPal’s terms and conditions.

No. We do not offer custom changes as this service is print on demand. However, we can offer dimensional changes such as scaling your model up or down based on your requirement. We also can optimize your model to ensure perfect quality. In addition, we will consider offering custom changes in the near future.

No. STL files are the required format in printing your model. If you have trouble converting your model into STL files, kindly contact us and email us your drawings and we will do it for you. In addition, we will update our clients with our format requirements as we progress to newer and better format versions in the future.
